As a Sales Associate at Calvin Klein, you will be an integral part of our retail team, providing exceptional customer service and promoting our brand. We are looking for someone with a strong sales background and a love for fashion to help us create a memorable shopping experience for our customers. Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner as they enter the store.
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing the needs of each individual customer.
Promote and sell Calvin Klein products to customers, explaining product features and benefits.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of the store’s merchandise, including new arrivals and current promotions.
Assist in maintaining the visual appearance of the store by restocking and organizing merchandise.
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively seeking out and engaging with customers.
Collaborate with team members to ensure the store is running smoothly and efficiently.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and fashion knowledge to provide customers with the best possible shopping experience.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and inventory control measures.
Handle customer complaints and inquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Complete all necessary training and attend store meetings as required.
Maintain a positive attitude and act as a brand ambassador for Calvin Klein.
Assist with opening and closing duties as needed.
Continuously work towards building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Job Qualifications
