Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of Calvin Klein products, including features, benefits, and promotions.
Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey product information and make sales recommendations.
Build and maintain relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling products.
Stay up-to-date on fashion trends and styles to make relevant product suggestions to customers.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking merchandise and ensuring visual standards are met.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point of sale system.

Attend training sessions and meetings to continuously improve knowledge and skills.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, cash handling, inventory management, and loss prevention.
Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve the customer experience and increase sales.
Remain flexible and willing to assist in other areas of the store when needed.
