Greeting and welcoming customers as they enter the store.
Assisting customers in finding products and providing styling advice.
Maintaining a thorough knowledge of current products, promotions, and sales.
Engaging with customers to build relationships and provide exceptional customer service.
Processing sales transactions and handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.
Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store and displays.
Collaborating with team members to achieve sales goals and targets.
Continuously learning about new fashion trends and incorporating them into customer interactions.
Participating in training and development programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
Communicating customer feedback and concerns to management.
Following all company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure working environment.
Assisting with inventory management and restocking products.
