Meet and exceed sales goals by utilizing effective sales techniques and building strong relationships with customers.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring all products are properly displayed and stocked.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the company’s point-of-sale system.
Continuously learn and stay up-to-date with product knowledge and new releases.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Collaborate with team members to ensure a positive and successful work environment.
Contribute to the overall success of the store by actively participating in team meetings and offering ideas for improvement.
Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, inventory management, and cash handling.
Continuously strive to improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and development opportunities.
Complete other tasks and responsibilities as assigned by management.
