Establish and maintain a strong knowledge of all Under Armour products, including features, benefits, and pricing.
Assist customers in finding the right products and sizes, and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Drive sales by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and organizing merchandise.
Ensure that all products are properly displayed and priced according to company guidelines.
Stay up-to-date on current sales and promotions, and effectively communicate them to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions and meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
