Position: Telesales Manager
Work Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: ₹25,000 - ₹50,000 per month (depending on experience)
Schedule: \r\n \r\n \t Monday to Friday \r\n \t Night shift \r\n \r\n

Job Responsibilities

Sales Calls: Call potential clients to persuade them to purchase used vehicle parts.
Order Management: Accurately record details of client purchase orders and process them accordingly.
Customer Account Management: Ensure that existing clients remain satisfied with products and services.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Sales Scripts: Follow sales scripts provided by the company to drive sales and manage rejections effectively.
Product Knowledge: Gain deep knowledge of company products to make appropriate suggestions based on client needs.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily and monthly call volume and sales targets.

Education: Minimum qualification of a certificate (preferably).
Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a telesales manager (preferably in a US voice process).
- 2-3 years of experience in B2C sales and global/US voice processes.
- 3 years of total work experience (sales experience preferred).
Skills:
- Ability to follow scripts and handle objections effectively.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and consultative sales skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- Proficiency in English without a primary language impact.
Transportation: Own method of transportation required.
Location: Candidate must be willing to work from the office in Bengaluru, Karnataka. No work-from-home option available.
