  4. Monitor and replenish merchandise to ensure products are always available for customers.
  5. Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
  6. Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current promotions, sales, and merchandise to effectively communicate with customers.
  8. Collaborate with team members to ensure a cohesive and positive work environment.
  9. Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
  10. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  11. Continuously strive to improve customer service and sales skills through training and development opportunities.
  12. Adhere to company policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
  13. Take initiative to identify and suggest improvements to processes and procedures.
  14. Provide feedback and suggestions to management on ways to improve sales and customer experience.
  15. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
