Greet and welcome customers as they enter the store, providing a positive and friendly first impression.
Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring merchandise is properly displayed and stocked.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s point-of-sale system.
Continuously monitor and replenish merchandise levels to ensure a fully stocked sales floor.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing and resolving any customer concerns or issues.
Communicate and collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers.
Stay informed on current promotions, sales, and store policies to effectively assist customers.
Follow all safety and security procedures to protect the store’s assets and ensure a safe shopping environment for customers.
Assist with store opening and closing procedures as needed.
