Greet and welcome customers to the store in a friendly and professional manner.
Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening and responding to customer needs and inquiries.
Maintain a thorough knowledge of store products and services to assist customers in making informed purchases.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and upselling products to customers.
Keep the sales floor clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the store’s POS system.
Assist in stocking and replenishing merchandise on the sales floor and in the backroom.

Actively participate in store meetings and training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
