Oversee and manage all aspects of quality control for PepsiCo’s supply chain.
Develop and implement quality control procedures and protocols to ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of suppliers, production facilities, and transportation processes.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners to address any quality control issues and implement corrective actions.
Monitor and analyze data related to quality control and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to quality control and make recommendations for adjustments to company processes.
Train and educate team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of quality control activities and results.
Conduct risk assessments and develop contingency plans to mitigate potential quality control issues.
Ensure all products meet or exceed customer expectations for quality and safety.
Participate in the development and implementation of new products and processes, ensuring quality control measures are in place.
Act as a point of contact for any quality control related inquiries or concerns from internal or external stakeholders.
Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail to ensure accuracy and efficiency in all quality control processes.
Continuously evaluate and improve quality control processes to optimize efficiency and effectiveness.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Quality Control Or Related Field.
Minimum 3 Years Of Experience In Quality Control Or Quality Assurance.
Strong Knowledge Of Iso 9001 Standards And Food Safety Regulations.
Experience In Conducting Audits And Implementing Corrective Actions.
Excellent Communication And Organizational Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams.
