Job Qualifications
Previous Sales Experience: A Seasonal Sales Associate At Under Armor Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Role, Preferably In The Sports Apparel Industry.
Customer Service Skills: Strong Customer Service Skills Are Essential For This Role, As The Seasonal Sales Associate Will Be Interacting With Customers On A Daily Basis And Should Be Able To Provide A Positive And Personalized Shopping Experience.
Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: A Good Understanding Of Under Armor’s Product Line And Brand Is Important For A Seasonal Sales Associate. This Includes Knowledge Of The Company’s History, Values, And The Features And Benefits Of Their Products.
Availability And Flexibility: As A Seasonal Position, The Seasonal Sales Associate Should Be Available To Work During Peak Times, Including Weekends And Holidays. Flexibility In Scheduling And The Ability To Work Extended Hours If Needed Is Also Important.
