Receive and process incoming shipments of merchandise, ensuring accuracy and organization.
Stock and replenish merchandise on the sales floor and in designated storage areas.
Maintain a clean and organized stock room and sales floor to enhance the overall shopping experience for customers.
Assist with floor sets and merchandise displays to ensure that products are presented in an appealing and visually appealing manner.
Collaborate with sales associates and management to identify and fulfill product needs and requests.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or issues to the appropriate team members.
Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling and storing merchandise, including using proper equipment and following safety protocols.
Adhere to all loss prevention measures to minimize shrink and maintain the integrity of the merchandise.
Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers with inquiries and directing them to desired products.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements.
Assist in maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere for customers and team members.
Continuously update knowledge of products and promotions to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.

Job Qualifications
Previous Experience In Retail Or Stockroom Operations: A Qualified Seasonal Stock Associate Should Have Prior Experience In A Retail Environment Or In Stockroom Operations. This Will Ensure That They Have A Basic Understanding Of Inventory Management And Can Effectively Handle Stock-Related Tasks.
Strong Organizational Skills: As A Seasonal Stock Associate, One May Be Responsible For Organizing And Restocking Merchandise On The Sales Floor. Therefore, It Is Important To Have Strong Organizational Skills To Ensure That Products Are Displayed Correctly And Efficiently.
Physical Stamina And Ability To Lift Heavy Objects: This Role May Require Lifting And Moving Heavy Boxes And Merchandise, So Physical Stamina And The Ability To Lift Heavy Objects Is Essential. Candidates Should Be Able To Comfortably Lift Up To 50 Pounds.
Attention To Detail: A Seasonal Stock Associate Should Have A Keen Eye For Detail To Ensure That Merchandise Is Accurately Labeled, Tagged, And Displayed. This Also Includes Checking For Any Product Defects Or Damages.
