Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of employees, patients, and visitors
Respond to security incidents and emergencies in a timely and professional manner
Communicate effectively with team members and other departments to coordinate security efforts
Enforce hospital policies and procedures to maintain a safe and secure environment
Conduct thorough security checks of individuals, bags, and vehicles entering the facility
Remain alert and vigilant at all times to identify and report any potential security threats
Provide excellent customer service and assist individuals with any security-related concerns
Utilize security equipment and technology to enhance safety and security measures
Complete and maintain accurate incident reports and documentation
Attend and participate in ongoing training and development programs to stay current on security protocols and procedures
Demonstrate a strong commitment to upholding the mission and values of Baptist Health South Florida.

Job Qualifications
Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills.
Minimum Of High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education.
Previous Experience In Law Enforcement, Military, Or Security Field.
Valid State Security Officer License Or Ability To Obtain One.
