Develop and implement strategies to recruit prospective students who align with the university’s values and mission.
Represent the university at college fairs, high school visits, and other events to promote the institution and attract potential applicants.
Conduct thorough and engaging informational sessions and campus tours for prospective students and families.
Maintain a strong knowledge of university programs, admissions requirements, and financial aid options to effectively advise and assist students in the application process.
Build and maintain relationships with high school counselors, community organizations, and other key influencers to increase awareness and interest in APU.
Review and evaluate applications and make admissions decisions in accordance with university policies and procedures.
Collaborate with other members of the admissions team to develop and implement recruitment strategies and initiatives.
Serve as a mentor and resource for junior admissions representatives and assist with training and onboarding of new team members.
Utilize data and analytics to track recruitment efforts and make data-driven decisions to improve recruitment and enrollment.
Participate in university events and initiatives to support the overall mission and goals of the institution.
Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while representing the university and interacting with students, families, and other stakeholders.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in admissions and higher education to continuously improve recruitment strategies and processes.
Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all prospective students and promote diversity and inclusion in all aspects of the admissions process.
Collaborate with other departments, such as financial aid and academic advising, to ensure a smooth and efficient admissions process for students.
Serve as a liaison between the university and prospective students, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the admissions process.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In A Related Field: A Senior Admissions Representative At Asuza Pacific University Should Possess A Minimum Of A Bachelor’s Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Education, Marketing, Or Business Administration.
Previous Admissions Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 3-5 Years Of Experience Working In Admissions, Preferably In A Senior Or Managerial Role. This Experience Should Include Knowledge Of The Higher Education Industry And Admissions Processes.
Strong Communication Skills: The Ability To Effectively Communicate With Prospective Students, Parents, And University Faculty And Staff Is Essential For A Senior Admissions Representative. This Includes Both Written And Verbal Communication Skills.
Recruiting And Marketing Experience: Asuza Pacific University Is Looking For Candidates With A Proven Track Record Of Successful Recruitment And Marketing Strategies. This Includes Experience Using Various Marketing Channels And Techniques To Attract And Enroll Students.
Leadership And Team Management Skills: As A Senior Admissions Representative, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Leading And Managing A Team Of Admissions Representatives.
