Provide technical expertise and support to customers in the medical technology industry.
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to laboratory processes and equipment.
Train and educate customers on the use and maintenance of our products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to continuously improve product knowledge and customer support.
Serve as a subject matter expert for our products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential customers.
Assist with the development and testing of new products and features.
Maintain strong relationships with customers and provide exceptional customer service.
Document and report customer feedback and issues to relevant teams.
Travel to customer sites to provide on-site support and training.
Mentor and train junior team members.
Attend conferences and trade shows to represent our company and network with industry professionals.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Java, C++, Or Python.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Application Support Or Development In The Healthcare Or Life Sciences Industry.
Strong Understanding Of Laboratory Workflows And Instrumentation, Specifically In The Areas Of Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay, Or Hematology.
Experience With Troubleshooting Complex Technical Issues And Providing Effective Solutions To Customers.
