Lead and oversee the development and implementation of innovative solutions for Geico Auto Insurance
Utilize technical skills and expertise to identify areas for improvement and drive efficiency within the company
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide technical guidance and solutions
Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster their growth and development
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure Geico Auto Insurance remains at the forefront of technology
Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project goals and objectives
Take ownership of projects and drive them to successful completion within established timelines and budget
Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to streamline workflows and increase efficiency

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.

Proven Experience In Leading And Managing A Team Of Engineers.
