Develop and implement innovative solutions using Java, AI, and ML technologies to enhance insurance processes and customer experiences.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement new features and functionalities.
Conduct research and stay updated on the latest advancements in technology and how they can be applied to the insurance industry.
Identify and resolve technical issues and challenges in a timely and efficient manner.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Mentor and guide junior engineers to enhance their technical skills and knowledge.
Work closely with product managers and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Ensure the development of high-quality, scalable, and maintainable code.
Stay updated on industry best practices and standards and implement them in the development process.
Continuously evaluate and improve the performance of existing systems.
Collaborate with other teams within the organization to integrate AI/ML solutions into various applications.
Document code and processes, and provide technical support and assistance to team members as needed.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Developing Java-Based Ai/Ml Solutions.
Proven Track Record Of Successfully Implementing Ai/Ml Projects In A Large-Scale Production Environment.
Strong Understanding Of Machine Learning Algorithms And Frameworks Such As Tensorflow, Keras, Or Pytorch.
Experience With Cloud Computing Platforms Such As Aws, Azure, Or Google Cloud, And Knowledge Of Ai/Ml Services Offered By These Platforms.
