Provide legal counsel and support to the organization in various legal matters.
Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations in the healthcare industry.
Review and draft legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and policies.
Advise on corporate governance and compliance issues.
Participate in negotiations and provide legal guidance in business transactions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify potential legal risks and provide proactive solutions.
Manage and oversee legal disputes and litigation.
Develop and maintain relationships with external legal counsel.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in corporate law.
Train and educate employees on legal matters, policies, and procedures.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
Ensure the organization’s compliance with legal and ethical standards.
Keep sensitive information confidential.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior legal team members.
Represent the organization in legal meetings and negotiations with external parties.

Job Qualifications
Juris Doctor (Jd) Degree From An Accredited Law School
Minimum Of 8 Years Of Experience Practicing Law, With A Focus On Corporate Or Commercial Law
Admitted To Practice Law In The State Of California (Or Willing To Obtain Admission)
Proven Track Record Of Providing Sound Legal Advice And Counsel To Senior Management And Executives
Extensive Knowledge And Understanding Of Relevant Laws And Regulations, Including But Not Limited To Fda Regulations, Intellectual Property Laws, And Employment Laws.
