Lead and manage the data science team, providing guidance, direction, and support to achieve department goals and objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for data analysis and develop data-driven solutions to improve business processes and operations.
Develop and implement data science strategies and initiatives that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives.
Utilize advanced statistical techniques and modeling to analyze complex data sets and provide insights to drive business decisions.
Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data science and technology, and make recommendations for their implementation within the company.
Oversee data governance and ensure data integrity and accuracy across all systems and processes.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and present data analyses and insights to senior leadership.
Manage and allocate resources effectively to ensure timely delivery of data science projects.
Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of data science initiatives.
Mentor and train team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in data science, and promote a culture of continuous learning and development within the team.
