Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to drive growth and success of Visa’s Global Treasury Management solutions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies for Enterprise FX and XB solutions.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks in the FX and cross-border payments market.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including financial institutions, businesses, and industry partners.
Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators to track the success of FX and XB solutions and make data-driven decisions.
Stay updated on industry regulations, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform product and business strategy.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop and deliver compelling pitches and presentations to potential clients.
Work closely with product teams to identify customer needs and provide input for the development of new solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert and represent Visa at industry events, conferences, and speaking engagements.
Maintain a deep understanding of Visa’s products, services, and technologies to effectively position the company as a leader in the industry.
Drive a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the Enterprise FX and XB Solutions GTM team.
