Design and develop innovative tools and frameworks to support the development of cutting-edge software products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and requirements for developer tools.
Conduct research and stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to developer tooling.
Ensure the tools and frameworks meet high-quality standards by conducting thorough testing and debugging.
Continuously improve and maintain existing tools and frameworks to keep up with changing technology and business needs.
Train and mentor junior team members to ensure their growth and development in the field of developer tooling.
Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to provide updates on progress and address any concerns or issues.
Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to ensure code quality and maintainability.
Collaborate with product managers to define project scope and timelines for new tools and features.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to developer tools and provide timely support to developers.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, Or Python.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Developing Tools And Infrastructure For Other Developers.
Strong Understanding Of Software Development Principles, Including Testing, Debugging, And Version Control.
Experience With Agile Development Methodologies And Project Management Tools.
