Design and develop network solutions that meet the technical and business requirements of the company.
Implement and maintain complex network infrastructure and systems to ensure optimal performance and security.
Troubleshoot and resolve network issues, including identifying and troubleshooting root causes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and implement changes.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for network systems, processes, and procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in network technology to continuously improve and optimize network solutions.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior network engineers and other team members.
Conduct regular network audits to identify potential risks and implement necessary security measures.
Evaluate and recommend new network technologies and tools to improve network performance and efficiency.
Collaborate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and effective resolution of network-related issues.
Participate in on-call rotation schedule to provide 24/7 support for critical network systems.
Proactively identify and address potential network vulnerabilities and implement appropriate solutions.
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and best practices related to network engineering and security.
Manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.
Continuously monitor and analyze network performance to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 7 Years Of Experience In Network Solutions Engineering, Preferably In The Insurance Industry
Advanced Knowledge And Experience With Network Protocols, Routing, Switching, And Security Technologies
Proven Track Record Of Designing And Implementing Complex Network Solutions, Including Cloud And Virtualized Environments
Strong Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Cross-Functional Teams And Manage Projects Effectively.
