Lead and manage complex technical projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against them.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery.
Communicate project status, updates, and risks to key stakeholders, including senior leadership.
Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement, identifying and implementing best practices and process improvements.
Manage project resources, including team members, contractors, and vendors, to ensure successful project delivery.
Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between project team members, ensuring alignment and accountability.
Ensure project deliverables meet the highest quality standards and align with business objectives.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to project team members, fostering a high-performing and motivated team.
Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement within the organization.
Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to project team members.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business partners, vendors, and external partners.
Lead and facilitate project meetings, ensuring effective decision-making and conflict resolution.
Adhere to Walgreens’ project management methodologies and processes, ensuring compliance and consistency across projects.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Project Management, Preferably In A Technical Environment

Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Manage And Motivate A Team
