Lead the design and development of server products, ensuring reliability, performance, and efficiency.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand customer needs and translate them into technical requirements for server products.
Conduct research and analysis to identify new technologies and trends in server mechanical design.
Develop and maintain design standards and guidelines for server products.
Lead and mentor a team of engineers in the design and development of server products.
Manage project timelines and ensure timely delivery of server products.

Troubleshoot and provide solutions for any mechanical issues that arise during the design and development process.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 10 Years Experience In Designing And Developing Server Hardware.
Extensive Knowledge Of Server Architecture, Including Processors, Memory, Storage, And Networking.
Proficiency In Computer-Aided Design (Cad) Software And Other Engineering Tools.
Strong Problem-Solving Skills And Ability To Lead A Team In Complex Projects.
