Perform routine and preventive maintenance on production line equipment to ensure optimal functioning and minimize downtime.
Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems to maintain continuous operation of production line.
Conduct regular inspections and evaluations of equipment to identify potential issues and proactively address them.
Collaborate with production team to schedule maintenance tasks and minimize disruption to production schedule.
Keep detailed records of maintenance activities, including completed tasks, repairs, and replacement parts.
Order and maintain an inventory of necessary spare parts and equipment to ensure timely repairs and replacements.
Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working with machinery and equipment.
Train and mentor new maintenance team members on proper procedures and techniques.
Continuously seek ways to improve equipment performance and efficiency through upgrades and modifications.
Communicate with management and other departments to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.
