Social Media Manager

Overview
We are seeking a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to enhance our online presence, engage with our audience, and drive brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing trends, excellent communication skills, and a passion for content creation.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage our social media strategy across various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that resonates with our target audience, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights to inform content creation and marketing strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media campaigns with overall marketing goals.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in social media marketing and digital advertising.
• Manage the social media budget for paid promotions and campaigns as needed.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite for graphic design and content creation.
• Strong understanding of SEO principles to optimize content for search engines.
• Experience in digital marketing strategies including e-commerce initiatives.
• Ability to create compelling web content that drives engagement.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics to track performance metrics and analyze data effectively.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 – ₹35,000.00 per month
