Design and develop innovative and efficient test fixtures for Lexmark’s cutting-edge products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and develop test fixtures that meet those requirements.
Maintain and update existing test fixtures to ensure they are up-to-date and functioning properly.
Troubleshoot and debug any issues with test fixtures and provide timely resolutions.
Develop and implement automated testing processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in test fixture development and incorporate them into our processes.
Conduct regular testing and quality checks to ensure the accuracy and reliability of test fixtures.
Document design and development processes, as well as any changes or updates made to test fixtures.
Train and mentor junior engineers on test fixture development best practices.
Collaborate with external vendors for sourcing and procurement of necessary materials for test fixture development.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver high-quality test fixtures within designated deadlines.
Continuously improve and optimize test fixtures to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Communicate effectively with team members and provide regular updates on test fixture development progress.
Adhere to company policies and procedures related to software development and quality assurance.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Software Engineering, Or A Related Field.
Experience With Automated Testing Tools And Frameworks, Such As Selenium Or Junit.
At Least 3 Years Of Experience In Software Development, With A Focus On Test Fixture Development.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As C++, Java, Or Python.
Strong Understanding Of Software Testing Methodologies And Best Practices.
