Job Description: Senior Accountant

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, proficiency in accounting software, and a proactive approach to managing financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Communicate effectively with clients via email and calls to ensure smooth financial operations.
Ensure invoices are accurate, complete, and include necessary details such as invoice number, due date, payment instructions, and contact information.
Distribute invoices to customers using the agreed-upon methods (email, postal mail, etc.).
Record and verify incoming payments, ensuring accuracy and alignment with corresponding invoices.
Maintain accurate payment records in the accounts receivable system (Tally ERP9).
Regularly reconcile payment receipts with invoices and promptly investigate any discrepancies.
Monitor outstanding invoices and follow up with customers to address overdue payments.
Send payment reminders and statements as per the established collections schedule.
Address and resolve TDS & GST-related queries with clients efficiently.
Provide Sundry Debtors Aging Reports to the HOD on a weekly or monthly basis.

Qualifications and Skills:

Strong command of written and verbal communication.
Expertise in Tally ERP9 and other accounting tools.
Knowledge of TDS, GST, and general accounting principles.
Proactive in resolving discrepancies and ensuring timely collections.
Strong organizational and reconciliation skills.

Pay: ₹27,000.00 – ₹30,000.00 per month
