Lead the design of next-generation user experiences for Honeywell’s products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.
Ensure that all design solutions meet the needs and expectations of our customers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in user-centered design.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our products, target audience, and business goals.
Create and present design concepts, wireframes, and prototypes to stakeholders.
Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
Continuously advocate for user-centric design principles and champion the user’s perspective in all projects.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Experience In User Research: A Sr Advanced User Exp Designer At Honeywell Should Have A Deep Understanding Of User Research Methodologies And Be Able To Conduct And Analyze User Research To Inform Design Decisions.
Strong Design Portfolio: Candidates Should Have A Strong Portfolio Showcasing Their Expertise In Designing User-Centric And Visually Appealing Products. This Should Include A Variety Of Interfaces, From Web And Mobile To Physical And Virtual.
Proficiency In Design Tools: The Ideal Candidate Should Have A Strong Command Of Design Tools Such As Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, And Invision, And Be Able To Use Them To Create High-Fidelity Mockups And Prototypes.
Experience With Agile Methodology: Honeywell Follows An Agile Product Development Process, And The Sr Advanced User Exp Designer Should Have Experience Working In An Agile Environment, Collaborating With Cross-Functional Teams, And Adapting To Changing Project Requirements.
