Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture strategy for Under Armor, aligning it with the overall business goals and objectives.
Lead a team of architects to design and implement innovative solutions that drive business success through technology.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, business leaders, and external partners, to understand business needs and identify technology solutions to address them.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies, and leverage them to continuously improve Under Armor’s technology landscape.
Define and maintain technology standards, policies, and procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across the organization.
Oversee the evaluation and selection of technology vendors and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance and value.
Monitor and assess the performance of existing systems and processes, and identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
Develop and manage the enterprise architecture budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions are implemented.
Communicate complex technical concepts and strategies to non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership, in a clear and concise manner.
Coach and mentor team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the enterprise architecture team.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to technology architecture, and proactively develop contingency plans.
Collaborate with the cybersecurity team to ensure that all technology solutions are secure and compliant with industry standards and regulations.

Job Qualifications
Relevant Education And Experience: A Sr. Director Of Enterprise Architecture At Under Armor Should Have A Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Information Technology, Or A Related Field. They Should Also Have At Least 10 Years Of Experience In Enterprise Architecture, Preferably In A Leadership Role.
Strong Leadership Skills: This Role Requires The Ability To Lead And Manage A Team Of Enterprise Architects, As Well As Collaborate With Other Departments And Stakeholders. The Ideal Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication, Decision-Making, And Project Management Skills.
Expertise In Enterprise Architecture Principles And Best Practices: The Candidate Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Enterprise Architecture Frameworks, Such As Togaf, And A Proven Track Record Of Implementing Successful Enterprise Architecture Strategies In Large Organizations.
Business Acumen: Under Armor Is A Business-Driven Company, And The Sr. Director Of Enterprise Architecture Should Have A Strong Understanding Of The Company’s Goals, Strategies, And Processes. They Should Be Able To Align Technology Solutions With Business Objectives And Make Data-Driven Decisions.
Technical Proficiency: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Technical Background And Be Well-Versed In Various Technologies, Including Cloud Computing, Application Development, And Data Management. They Should Also Have Experience With Enterprise Architecture Tools And Methodologies, Such As Itil And Devops.
