Develop and drive the product strategy for data center cooling systems.
Lead the development of innovative and cutting-edge cooling solutions for data centers.
Create and maintain a product roadmap to guide the direction of the cooling system portfolio.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, sales, and marketing to ensure successful product execution.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs and competitive landscape.
Define product requirements and prioritize features based on market demand and technical feasibility.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch, including pricing, positioning, and go-to-market strategy.
Track and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success of the cooling system portfolio and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and customer needs to inform product development and strategy.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts.
Train and provide guidance to junior product managers on best practices and company processes.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences to promote the cooling system portfolio and gather market insights.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards in the development and launch of cooling systems.
Collaborate with sales teams to develop sales strategies and provide product training and support.
Act as a subject matter expert for data center cooling systems within the company and externally.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Experience In Product Management: Candidates For A Sr. Product Manager – Cooling Systems – Data Center Job At Honeywell Should Have A Minimum Of 7-10 Years Of Experience In Product Management, With A Proven Track Record Of Successfully Launching And Managing Products In The Cooling Systems Industry.
In-Depth Knowledge Of Data Center Cooling Systems: A Sr. Product Manager Should Have A Deep Understanding Of Data Center Cooling Systems And The Latest Trends And Technologies In The Industry. This Includes Knowledge Of Various Cooling Methods, Such As Air Cooling, Liquid Cooling, And Indirect Cooling, As Well As Knowledge Of Energy Efficiency And Sustainability In Cooling Systems.
Strong Technical Background: As A Sr. Product Manager, Candidates Should Have A Strong Technical Background In Engineering Or A Related Field.
