Maintain and improve technology infrastructure: The Sr Specialist, Technology Operations will be responsible for ensuring the smooth functioning of all technology systems and processes within Canon. This includes identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions to enhance the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: This role requires close collaboration with various departments within Canon, such as IT, engineering, and customer service. The Sr Specialist, Technology Operations will be responsible for communicating and coordinating with these teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects.
Identify and troubleshoot technical issues: The Sr Specialist, Technology Operations will be responsible for identifying and resolving any technical issues that may arise within the organization. This includes troubleshooting hardware and software problems, as well as providing timely and effective solutions to minimize downtime and disruption of operations.
Develop and implement technology strategies: The Sr Specialist, Technology Operations will work closely with the leadership team to develop and implement technology strategies that align with the overall business objectives of Canon. This includes staying updated with emerging technologies and making recommendations for their integration into the organization.
Ensure data security and compliance: The Sr Specialist, Technology Operations will be responsible for maintaining the security and integrity of all technology systems and data within Canon. Train and support staff: The Sr Specialist, Technology Operations will be responsible for training and supporting staff on the proper use of technology systems and tools. This includes providing ongoing support and troubleshooting assistance, as well as conducting training sessions to ensure employees are proficient in using technology resources.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Computer Science, Engineering, Or Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Technology Operations, Preferably In A Large Organization.
Strong Knowledge Of Network Systems, Server Administration, And Cloud Computing.
Experience With Itil Framework And Project Management Methodologies.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Well Under Pressure.
