Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models to improve user experience and match quality on the Tinder app.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize areas for improvement in the app’s machine learning capabilities.
Lead and mentor a team of software engineers, providing guidance and support in implementing machine learning solutions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in machine learning and bring new ideas and techniques to improve the app.
Work closely with product managers to understand business goals and translate them into technical requirements for machine learning features.
Conduct thorough testing and debugging of machine learning models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Collaborate with data scientists and data engineers to gather and preprocess data for training and testing of machine learning models.
Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues related to machine learning models in a timely manner.
Participate in code reviews and ensure high-quality, scalable and maintainable code is delivered.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of machine learning models to ensure the best possible user experience.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Computer Science, Data Science, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In Software Engineering, With A Focus On Machine Learning.
Proficiency In Programming Languages Such As Python, R, Or Java.
Strong Understanding Of Machine Learning Algorithms And Techniques, Including Deep Learning And Natural Language Processing.
Experience With Big Data Technologies And Frameworks, Such As Hadoop, Spark, Or Tensorflow.
