Oversee all maintenance and repair operations for aircrafts at various stations.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and guidelines.
Develop and implement maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure timely and efficient upkeep of aircrafts.
Manage a team of maintenance technicians and provide guidance, support, and training as needed.
Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruption to flight schedules.
Monitor and analyze maintenance data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation.
Manage inventory of spare parts and equipment, and coordinate procurement when necessary.
Conduct regular inspections of aircrafts to identify and address any issues or concerns.
Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in aircraft maintenance technology.
Communicate with upper management on maintenance issues, budget, and performance.
Foster a positive and productive work environment within the maintenance team.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
Adhere to budget constraints and identify opportunities for cost savings.
Respond to emergency situations and make quick and effective decisions to ensure the safety and reliability of aircrafts.

Job Qualifications
Extensive Experience In Maintenance And Repair Of Aircraft, Preferably With A Major Airline.
Comprehensive Knowledge Of Aviation Regulations, Safety Protocols, And Industry Standards.

Excellent Problem-Solving And Decision-Making Abilities, With The Ability To Handle Complex Maintenance Issues And Make Sound Judgments.
