Maintain and organize store inventory: The Part-Time Stock Keyholder will be responsible for ensuring the store is always fully stocked and organized, including restocking shelves, maintaining displays, and organizing backstock areas.
Monitor inventory levels: The keyholder will keep track of inventory levels and communicate with management to ensure timely replenishment of products.
Provide exceptional customer service: The keyholder will greet and assist customers, answer questions, and provide product recommendations, while maintaining a friendly and approachable demeanor.
Uphold brand standards: The keyholder will ensure that all merchandise is properly displayed and meets the brand’s visual merchandising standards.
Assist with opening and closing procedures: The keyholder will assist with opening and closing the store, including cash handling, securing the store, and completing end-of-day tasks.
Train and mentor team members: The keyholder will train new team members on stock and inventory procedures and serve as a mentor for ongoing support and development.
Maintain store cleanliness: The keyholder will help maintain a clean and organized store environment, including keeping shelves and displays free of dust and debris.
Process shipments: The keyholder will receive and process shipments, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in checking in merchandise and restocking the sales floor.
Collaborate with management: The keyholder will work closely with the store management team to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions to enhance the overall customer experience.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge: The keyholder will stay informed on new products and promotions and be able to effectively communicate this information to customers.
Adhere to company policies and procedures: The keyholder will follow all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention, to maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned: The keyholder may be asked to assist with other tasks and responsibilities as needed to support the overall success of the store.

Job Qualifications
Prior Retail Management Experience: A Stock Keyholder At Under Armor Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Management Role. This Experience Will Help Them Effectively Lead A Team And Manage Inventory Levels.
Strong Organizational Skills: The Role Of A Stock Keyholder Involves Managing And Organizing Inventory On A Daily Basis. Therefore, Candidates Should Have Excellent Organizational Skills And Be Able To Maintain Accurate Records Of Stock Levels.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management Systems: Under Armor Uses Inventory Management Systems To Track And Manage Stock Levels. A Stock Keyholder Should Have Prior Experience Using These Systems And Be Able To Quickly Learn And Navigate New Technology.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Key Member Of The Retail Team, A Stock Keyholder Should Have Strong Communication Skills To Effectively Delegate Tasks And Communicate With Both Customers And Coworkers.
