Oversee Daily Operations: The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of the store’s daily operations, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
Maximize Sales: The primary responsibility of the Store Supervisor will be to drive sales and meet or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and motivating the team to achieve their goals.
Customer Service: As a brand ambassador, the Store Supervisor will ensure that all customers receive the highest level of service and satisfaction. This includes handling customer inquiries and complaints, providing product knowledge, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
Team Development: The Store Supervisor will be responsible for hiring, training, and developing a team of sales associates. This includes providing ongoing coaching and feedback, setting performance goals, and creating a positive and motivating work environment.
Lead by Example: The Store Supervisor will be a role model for the team, demonstrating a strong work ethic, exceptional customer service, and effective sales techniques.
Inventory Management: The Store Supervisor will be responsible for managing inventory levels, conducting regular stock checks, and ensuring that the store is always adequately stocked with the latest products.
Maintain Visual Merchandising Standards: The Store Supervisor will ensure that the store’s visual merchandising standards are consistently met to showcase the brand in the best possible way.
Collaborate with Management: The Store Supervisor will work closely with the store manager and other supervisors to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and improve store performance.
Ensure Compliance: The Store Supervisor will ensure that all company policies and procedures are being followed, including health and safety regulations, cash handling procedures, and security protocols.
Promote Brand Culture: As a brand ambassador, the Store Supervisor will embody the brand’s values and culture and promote it to customers and team members alike.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Supervisory Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within A Retail Setting, Preferably In The Athletic Apparel Industry.
Strong Leadership Skills: A Store Supervisor Must Have The Ability To Effectively Lead And Motivate A Team Of Sales Associates To Achieve Sales Targets And Provide Excellent Customer Service.
Excellent Communication Skills: As A Store Supervisor, The Candidate Will Be Responsible For Communicating With Both Customers And Team Members, So Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills Are Essential.
Knowledge Of Under Armor Products: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Under Armor’s Products, As Well As Their Brand Values And Mission, In Order To Effectively Train And Educate Team Members And Assist Customers.
Availability For Full-Time Hours And Flexible Schedule: This Is A Full-Time Position, Requiring 40 Hours Per Week, And The Candidate Should Be Willing To Work A Flexible Schedule, Including Weekends And Holidays, As Needed.
