Develop and implement maintenance procedures and protocols to ensure the efficient and effective operation of our facilities.
Oversee the maintenance team and assign tasks and responsibilities to ensure timely completion of projects.
Monitor and track maintenance performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential maintenance issues and address them in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure maintenance activities do not disrupt production and operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely and cost-effective procurement of maintenance materials and services.
Train and mentor maintenance team members to ensure their skills and knowledge are up to date.
Create and manage maintenance budgets to maximize resources and minimize costs.
Implement and maintain safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for maintenance team members.
Stay up to date with industry developments and advancements in maintenance technology to continuously improve maintenance operations.
Communicate regularly with upper management to provide updates on maintenance activities and performance.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to promote teamwork and employee engagement.
Handle any escalated maintenance issues or emergencies in a timely and efficient manner.

Leadership And Management Skills: The Ideal Candidate Should Have Experience In Supervising And Managing A Team Of Maintenance Technicians, As Well As The Ability To Effectively Delegate Tasks And Provide Guidance And Support.
Strong Problem-Solving Abilities: A Supervisor De Mantenimiento Should Be Able To Quickly Identify And Troubleshoot Issues That Arise In The Maintenance Process, And Develop Effective Solutions To Minimize Downtime.
