Oversee and manage the logistics operations of the company to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products to customers.
Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain and improve overall logistics processes.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with production to ensure adequate stock levels.
Manage a team of logistics staff, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure high-quality performance.
Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to drive continuous improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, customer service, and production to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Monitor and analyze logistics performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies related to logistics and transportation.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and freight carriers to negotiate favorable terms and pricing.
Identify and implement cost-saving initiatives to improve the efficiency of logistics operations.
Stay informed about industry trends, technology advancements, and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.
Handle any issues or problems that may arise in the logistics process, working to resolve them in a timely and effective manner.
Continuously assess and improve processes and procedures to enhance the overall logistics function.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to logistics activities.
Act as a role model for the team, promoting a culture of excellence, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3-5 Years Of Experience In A Supervisory Role Within Logistics Or Supply Chain Operations.
Strong Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Distribution Processes, And Logistics Planning.
Excellent Communication And Leadership Skills, With The Ability To Manage And Motivate A Team.
Proficiency In Logistics Software Systems And Experience With Implementing Process Improvements.
