Develop and implement supply planning strategies that align with company goals and objectives.
Monitor and analyze inventory levels, production schedules, and distribution plans to ensure efficient and timely delivery of products.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as production, logistics, and sales to coordinate and optimize supply chain processes.
Identify and mitigate potential supply chain risks and issues to ensure uninterrupted production and delivery.
Conduct regular data analysis and forecasting to identify trends and make informed business decisions.
Continuously review and improve supply chain processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of supply chain activities and performance metrics.
Communicate regularly with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and resolve any issues that may arise.
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management to recommend and implement process improvements.
Train and mentor junior supply chain team members to ensure a high level of performance and productivity.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree In Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In Supply Planning Or A Similar Role In The Consumer Packaged Goods Industry.
Strong Analytical Skills And Proficiency In Supply Chain Planning Software And Tools.
Excellent Communication And Collaboration Skills To Work With Cross-Functional Teams And External Suppliers.
Knowledge Of Inventory Management, Demand Forecasting, And Production Planning Processes.
