Job Summary:

The Technical Trainer (Programming Languages) is responsible for designing, developing, and delivering high-quality training programs in various programming languages to students, professionals, or other target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curriculum Development:
• Design and develop comprehensive training programs in various programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript, etc.).
• Align training programs with industry best practices, current technologies, and specific learning objectives.
• Develop and maintain a library of training materials, including courseware, presentations, exercises, and assessments.
• Training Delivery:
• Conduct engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional methods, including lectures, demonstrations, hands-on exercises, labs, and group projects.
• Utilize innovative training techniques, such as simulations, gamification, and technology-based learning tools.
• Assess student learning through regular evaluations, quizzes, and projects.
• Provide personalized feedback and guidance to students to help them improve their programming skills.
• Technical Expertise:
• Maintain a strong understanding of current programming languages, technologies, and industry trends.
• Stay updated on new technologies and best practices through continuous learning and professional development.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide technical support to students during training sessions.
• Student Support:
• Address student queries and concerns related to programming concepts and training materials.
• Provide academic and career guidance to students, including job search strategies, resume and interview preparation.
• Monitor student progress and identify areas for improvement.
• Performance Tracking and Analysis:
• Track student performance data, including test scores, attendance, and feedback.
• Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement in training programs and delivery.
• Prepare reports and presentations on training outcomes and student progress.

Qualifications:

· PG degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

· Strong proficiency in multiple programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, C++, C#, JavaScript)

· Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in reputed engineering institutes like IIT/NIT/IISE/IIIT or Deemed/Private Universities or Autonomous Institutes or industry, with a proven track record of success in technical training.

· Proven experience in training and development, preferably in the field of programming languages

· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills

· Strong organizational and time-management skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Passion for teaching and imparting knowledge effectively

Desired Skills:

• Experience in developing and delivering online training programs
• Experience in using online learning platforms and tools
• Experience in developing and deploying software applications
• Knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum)
