Oversee the shipping and receiving processes for all products within the department.
Maintain accurate inventory records and track all incoming and outgoing shipments.
Ensure timely and efficient movement of products to meet customer demand.
Collaborate with other team members to develop and implement effective logistics strategies.
Communicate with internal departments and external partners to coordinate shipments and resolve any issues or delays.
Perform quality checks on incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and adherence to company standards.
Operate and maintain shipping and receiving equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.
Maintain a clean and organized warehouse and storage area.
Identify and report any inventory discrepancies or issues to management.
Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures while handling and moving products.
Troubleshoot and resolve any problems that may arise during the shipping and receiving process.
Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and procedures for logistics and distribution.
Assist in training and mentoring new team members as needed.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to streamline processes and increase efficiency.

Job Qualifications
High School Diploma Or Equivalent: A Minimum Of A High School Diploma Or Equivalent Is Required For This Position. This Demonstrates A Basic Level Of Education And Shows The Ability To Comprehend And Follow Instructions.
Previous Experience In Shipping And Receiving: Candidates Should Have At Least 2-3 Years Of Experience In Shipping And Receiving, Preferably In A Warehouse Or Distribution Center Setting. This Demonstrates A Strong Understanding Of The Processes And Procedures Involved In Shipping And Receiving.
Familiarity With Inventory Management Software: Proficiency In Inventory Management Software, Such As Sap Or Oracle, Is Preferred. This Shows The Ability To Accurately Track And Manage Inventory Levels, As Well As The Ability To Adapt To New Systems.
Attention To Detail: This Position Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Ensure Accurate And Timely Processing Of Shipments And Inventory. Candidates Should Have A Demonstrated Track Record Of Being Detail-Oriented In Previous Roles.
Ability To Lift And Move Heavy Objects: This Position May Require Lifting And Moving Heavy Objects, Such As Boxes Or Equipment, So Candidates Should Be Able To Meet Physical Requirements Of The Job. This May Include Being Able To Lift Up To 50 Pounds And Stand For Extended Periods Of Time.
