Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Telesales Trainee/Telecaller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing information about our educational programs, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

MUST REQUIRED: FLUENCY IN ENGLISH

Skills:

• Fluent in English and Hindi; additional languages are a plus.
• Strong listening skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to handle difficult customers professionally.
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
• Sales experience
• Previous telemarketing experience is a plus.
• Freshers having good communication skills will be given an opportunity.
