Demonstrate extensive knowledge of the Calvin Klein brand, including its history, values, and latest collections.

Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting and selling Calvin Klein products.

Maintain a thorough understanding of all products, including fit, fabric, and style, to accurately assist customers with their purchases.

Utilize effective sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell to customers, maximizing sales opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.

Keep up-to-date with fashion trends and competitor offerings to make recommendations and stay ahead of the competition.

Maintain visual merchandising standards, ensuring the store is always well-presented and products are displayed attractively.

Process transactions accurately and efficiently, including handling cash, credit, and gift card payments.

Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals and objectives.

Adhere to all store policies and procedures, including but not limited to, loss prevention, inventory management, and customer service standards.

Assisting with inventory management, including receiving, restocking, and organizing merchandise.

Flexibility to work in various areas of the store, including the sales floor, fitting rooms, and cash wrap, as needed.

Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times, representing the Calvin Klein brand.

Be a team player, willing to support and assist colleagues in achieving store goals and objectives.

Job Qualifications

Previous Retail Sales Experience: Candidates Should Have At Least 1-2 Years Of Experience In A Retail Sales Environment, With A Strong Understanding Of Customer Service And Sales Techniques.
