Assist customers in finding products and provide recommendations based on their needs.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking and arranging merchandise.
Meet and exceed sales goals by actively promoting products and providing exceptional customer service.
Continuously develop knowledge of the brand and its products to effectively communicate with customers.
Attend and actively participate in training sessions and store meetings.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Handle customer inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively.
Follow all company policies and procedures, including loss prevention and safety guidelines.
Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment as needed.
Maintain a professional and polished appearance at all times.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
Adhere to the store’s COVID-19 safety protocols and guidelines.
