Assist customers in finding and trying on merchandise, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Maintain a strong knowledge of current fashion trends and product offerings to effectively advise and upsell customers.
Meet and exceed sales goals through proactive selling and cross-selling techniques.
Handle cash and credit transactions accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and stockroom.
Collaborate with team members and managers to ensure a positive and cohesive work environment.
Continuously learn about the brand and its products to effectively represent and promote the brand’s image.
Proactively seek out and resolve customer complaints or issues.
Attend and participate in training sessions and company meetings as required.
Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including those related to safety and loss prevention.
Communicate any inventory needs or issues to management.
Utilize strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
Be a brand ambassador by embodying the company’s values and promoting a positive brand image.

Job Qualifications
Previous Retail Experience: A Candidate For A Temporary Sales Associate Position At Calvin Klein Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Retail Environment, Preferably In A Fashion Or Luxury Brand.
Strong Customer Service Skills: As A Sales Associate, The Candidate Will Be Expected To Provide Excellent Customer Service To All Shoppers, Including Assisting With Product Selection, Answering Questions, And Processing Transactions.
Availability And Flexibility: The Candidate Should Have A Flexible Schedule And Be Available To Work Evenings, Weekends, And Holidays As Needed. This Is Especially Important For A Part-Time Position That May Require Filling In For Other Employees.
Knowledge Of Fashion And Trends: A Strong Understanding Of Fashion Trends And The Ability To Style And Merchandise Products Is Essential For A Sales Associate At A Fashion Brand Like Calvin Klein.
