Design and develop thermal solutions for next generation mobile devices.
Analyze and optimize thermal performance to ensure reliability and efficiency of products.
Conduct thermal simulations and tests to evaluate designs and make necessary improvements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, and product designers to ensure thermal solutions meet product requirements.
Keep updated with industry standards and trends in thermal management and apply knowledge to product designs.
Troubleshoot and provide solutions to thermal issues during product development and post-production.
Create and maintain detailed documentation of thermal designs and test results for future reference.
Work closely with suppliers to select and evaluate thermal materials and components.
Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvement in thermal designs.
Mentor and train junior engineers on thermal engineering principles and best practices.
Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to provide updates on project progress and address any concerns.
Adhere to project timelines and deliver thermal solutions within specified deadlines.
Continuously seek out new technologies and methods to improve thermal management in mobile devices.
Ensure compliance with all safety and regulatory standards related to thermal management.
Collaborate with research and development teams to identify areas for innovation and contribute to product roadmap planning.

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s Or Master’s Degree In Mechanical Engineering Or A Related Field.
3-5 Years Of Experience In Thermal Design And Analysis, Preferably In The Electronics Industry.
Proficiency In Thermal Simulation And Analysis Software, Such As Ansys Icepak Or Flotherm.
Strong Understanding Of Heat Transfer Principles And Thermal Management Techniques.
Experience With Thermal Testing And Validation Methods, Including Thermal Cycling And Thermal Resistance Measurements.
