Job Role- Customer Service Representative
Job Summary / Overview:
- Manage calls/chats from customers regarding orders, inquiries, complaints, trouble shoot customer service problems and provide general information.
- Adhere to the Service Level Agreement (SLAs) specified by the Client / Process for AHT, Quality, Productivity, Schedule Adherence, Attendance & Sales (if required in the process).
- 5 days working
- Rotational shift, Rotational off
- Must be good in English communication
- Flexible with shift
- Immediate Joiners
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher
Pay: ₹15,000.00 – ₹18,000.00 per month
