Oversee all warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with company standards.
Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse certifiers to perform their duties effectively.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of company products, processes, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular audits and inspections of warehouse processes and inventory to identify and resolve any issues.
Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement in warehouse operations.
Create and maintain detailed records and reports of warehouse activities and performance.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure products are readily available for customer orders.
Communicate with suppliers and vendors to resolve any issues with incoming shipments.
Ensure all warehouse equipment is properly maintained and functioning.
Foster a positive and inclusive work environment by promoting teamwork, open communication, and a culture of continuous learning and development.
Adhere to all safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements within the warehouse.
Keep up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to implement in warehouse operations.
Participate in the hiring and onboarding processes for new warehouse certifiers.
Act as a liaison between the warehouse team and upper management to provide updates on performance, challenges, and opportunities.
