Efficiently and accurately load trucks with PepsiCo products for distribution to customers.
Maintain a high level of productivity while adhering to safety protocols.
Ensure all products are properly labeled and organized for shipment.
Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment in a safe and efficient manner.
Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and meet shipment deadlines.
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any discrepancies or shortages to management.
Follow standard operating procedures to maintain consistency and quality in all warehouse operations.
Keep work area clean and organized to promote a safe and efficient working environment.
Adhere to company policies and procedures, including but not limited to attendance, punctuality, and dress code.
Assist in training and mentoring new warehouse personnel.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest solutions to management.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while representing PepsiCo.
Adhere to all federal, state, and company regulations regarding warehouse operations.
Demonstrate a commitment to excellence and a strong work ethic at all times.
