Oversee and manage the weekend nursing staff, ensuring they are providing quality care to patients in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Utilize clinical expertise to assess and monitor patients’ conditions, develop care plans, and provide hands-on nursing care as needed.
Serve as a role model and mentor to nursing staff, providing guidance and support in their professional development.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement strategies for improving patient care and outcomes.
Monitor and maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.
Implement and enforce infection control and safety protocols to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.
Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and other healthcare professionals to provide updates on patient care and address any concerns.
Participate in staff meetings and trainings to stay up-to-date on industry standards and best practices.
Adhere to all state and federal regulations and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications
Active Rn Licensure: The Candidate Must Possess An Active And Unrestricted Registered Nurse License In The State Where The Facility Is Located.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience: The Ideal Candidate Should Have At Least 2 Years Of Experience As A Registered Nurse In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Long-Term Care Or Skilled Nursing Facility.
Leadership Skills: The Weekend Rn Supervisor Will Be Responsible For Overseeing The Nursing Staff And Ensuring The Delivery Of High-Quality Care. Therefore, Strong Leadership Skills, Including The Ability To Delegate, Motivate, And Communicate Effectively, Are Essential.
Knowledge Of Regulations And Standards: The Candidate Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of State And Federal Regulations Related To Long-Term Care Facilities And Be Able To Ensure Compliance With Those Regulations.
Availability To Work Weekends: As The Job Title Suggests, The Weekend Rn Supervisor Will Be Required To Work Weekends. Therefore, The Candidate Must Have The Availability And Willingness To Work On Saturdays And Sundays.
